PTI Technologies Quality Systems are certified to ISO 9001/AS9100 with design. Additionally, PTI Technologies is approved to Boeing Specification D6-82479, as well as being a self-certifying supplier to the U.S. Government and various Aerospace, Automotive and Commercial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s).

PTI’s Quality Assurance System provides pro-active controls, which are implemented at the earliest possible point of every program. Our pro-active approach to Quality Assurance starts during the design and development phase and includes Value-Added Engineering as well as continuous product and process improvement. Subsequently, Quality Assurance’s involvement continues throughout all phases of all production programs.
Our Customers, Third Party Registrars, and Government Regulators audit PTI’s Quality System regularly and they all express confidence with our Quality System.
PTI maintains excellent Quality Ratings from customers, typically at 100%. When Quality problems do occur, PTI works closely with all customers in getting immediate resolution, and generating long term preventive actions.
